Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct interviews
- Coordinate the selection process, including background checks and reference verifications
- Assist in drafting employment offers and negotiating terms of employment
2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions
- Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork and compliance with legal requirements
- Handle employee separations, conducting exit interviews, and processing necessary documentation
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including objective setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
- Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on performance-related matters
- Address performance concerns and assist in the development of performance improvement plans
4. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and supervisors
- Promote a positive work culture by fostering effective communication and providing support to employees
5. Compliance and Policy Development:
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, such as equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, wage and hour laws, etc.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to address emerging needs and maintain a fair and inclusive work environment
6. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
