Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in the Advertising industry

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Talent Outreach: Identify and attract top talent by leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment strategies.
• Workforce Planning: Understand department needs and proactively build a talent pipeline for key positions in the advertising industry.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, performance management, engagement activities, training, and exit formalities.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, documentation, and employee records are maintained as per company standards.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to create employer branding campaigns to attract top advertising talent.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to improve workplace culture, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the Advertising industry (agency, digital marketing, media, etc.).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR operations, and employee engagement practices.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
