• About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist Contractual Hiring to manage end-to-end hiring processes for contract-based professionals in India and the US.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for contractual positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top contract talent through job portals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of contract positions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for future contract hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with Indian and US labor laws and company policies in contract hiring processes.
• Negotiate contracts, compensation, and other employment terms with candidates.
• Collaborate with vendors, staffing agencies, and third-party recruiters as needed.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in contract hiring for both India and US markets.
• Strong understanding of contractual employment models, staffing strategies, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with job portals, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of Indian and US labor laws related to contract staffing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in IT, healthcare, or staffing agencies.
• Hands-on experience with vendor management and third-party recruitment firms.
