As an HR Specialist at Peak,you will oversee all recruitment processes to strengthen our teams by attracting top talents, ensuring Peak continues to deliver high-quality mobile games. You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the company's organizational structure, operations, values, and culture.

Here's what you'll do
• Provide highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and end-to-end new hire experience
• Use various tools and research methods to find passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow
• Measure HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and metrics
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Participate in various university activities, whether on campus or in our office, to share our culture and foster future recruitment initiatives
