You will support the critical functions of Training & Development and Talent Acquisition to foster employee growth, engagement, and development
Coordinate and assist the training initiatives that enhance skills, boost performance, and align with business goals
Partner with department leaders to develop role-specific training plans, clear career paths, and leadership development programs that empower employees to grow
Coordinate engaging workshops and e-learning programs, incorporating tools like LinkedIn Learning and other modern resources
Collaborate with external training partners to ensure programs meet organizational needs
Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness to deliver measurable results
Build lasting relationships with hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs and proactively identify talent pipelines
Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires have a seamless, positive introduction to the company
Play an active role in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, helping to cultivate an inclusive workplace culture

What You’ll Do:

Training & Development:
• Coordinate and assist the training initiatives that enhance skills, boost performance, and align with business goals.
• Partner with department leaders to develop role-specific training plans, clear career paths, and leadership development programs that empower employees to grow.
• Coordinate engaging workshops and e-learning programs, incorporating tools like LinkedIn Learning and other modern resources.

Talent Acquisition:
