Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to drive employee relations strategy, workplace reform, and workforce capability building.
Represent the organization in industrial tribunals, safeguarding compliance with policy and legislation.
Partner with HR teams to design and implement policies, ensuring seamless client-focused services.
Provide expert advice on complex issues and foster positive relationships with employees and senior leaders.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Industrial Relations, HR Management, Law or related fields and extensive practical experience in industrial relations matters.
