Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
Day to day operation and commercial duties involved in Payroll and client invoicing.
Preparing financial and workforce reports.
Liaising with key stakeholders.
Providing outstanding customer service to our client.
Using various platforms to manage payroll duties.
Meeting payroll deadlines.
Ensure and manage relevant payroll compliance.
Employee on-boarding and site mobilisations.
Workforce management (Blue Tongue employees) including reviews and milestone management.
Resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Ensuring compliance regulations.
About you
Being highly motivated with a high level of attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills and experience in payroll, you will be able to think critically and be capable of solving complex payroll matters. You will also have:
1+ years’ experience within payroll function, Xero accounting software.
Experience with Employment Hero Payroll, WorkforceOne (Codehouse) software and external workforces.
Experience in human resources, customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
