Job Title: HR Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing strategic HR support to business units, ensuring alignment with operational needs and fostering a positive work environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Support Specialist. In this capacity, you will be responsible for coordinating onboarding programs, managing employee relations, and assisting managers with performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
• HR Process Support: Collaborate with business units to design and implement effective HR processes that meet their needs.
• Onboarding Management: Coordinate new hire onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and maintaining open communication channels.
• Performance Management: Assist managers in developing and implementing performance management strategies to drive employee growth and development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships across levels.
• Experience in managing employee relations and inductions.
