Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HR Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, security, and efficiency of HR data, support system users, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements that align with organizational needs.
Role Responsibilities –
Provide initial support to requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution
Administer daily operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage user access, permissions, and role-based security settings.
Implement system updates, patches, and new features in collaboration with IT and vendor support.
