We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our HR Technology team. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors to support data-driven HR decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into insightful reporting solutions.

This role will be remote first, however travel will be expected of you.

How You'll Contribute
The HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for the following:-

Design, develop, and maintain operational, analytical, and strategic reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reporting, Canvas/ORD, Advanced Reporting, People Analytics).
Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Create and manage standard and custom reports across various SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, etc.).
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports by validating results and troubleshooting discrepancies.
Train HR users on accessing and using standard reports and dashboards.
Support audit and compliance reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Monitor data trends and HR metrics to help identify opportunities for HR process improvements.
Stay current with new SuccessFactors reporting features and best practices, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
Assist in governance, documentation, and standardization of reporting processes and definitions.
What You'll Bring
To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise/ talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:

Essential

3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools: Ad Hoc Reporting, Advanced Reporting (ORD), and People Analytics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Experience with HR data, KPIs, and workforce analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
SuccessFactors certification(s) in Reporting or specific modules (e.g., Employee Central).
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics (Embedded Edition).
Familiarity with other business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR compliance
