Job Overview The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems. General information The position partners with HR Stakeholders, HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees, Vendors on Success Factors including Mass Uploads, Performance Management System, Reporting and Analytics, HR Information Systems, Projects including implementation and integrations, Mergers and Acquisitions. Position Summary: -Provides support to employees, other HR groups and management to handle a variety of moderate to complex HR-related transactions in areas such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, benefits, termination of employment, etc. Responsible for the intake and resolution of inquiries and/or processing of less common HR transactions. Key responsibilities include: -Receives employee inquiries through Telephony/web-chat/Portal/Email and dispatches inquiries to the corresponding business unit to ensure timely resolution -Conducts necessary classification, manages inquiries in Case Management System, maintains accurate records and transfers inquiries to other parties within HR Services or outside of HR Services (HRBP/HRSP, COEs) as appropriate. -Probes cases to determine root cause of the issue or question in order to provide accurate answers. -Identifies and escalates priority issues and routes to appropriate team for quick resolution. -If necessary, follows up on inquiries to ensure timely and accurate response and resolution to all requests -Researches required information using Knowledge Management System to handle and resolve customer inquiries. May adapt procedures, techniques or tools to meet special needs. -Processes moderate to complex transactions as assigned according to proper procedure, policy, and direction. -Works with Content Management Team to develop and update desktop procedures, scripts, FAQs, job aids to ensure a consistent experience for customers. -Identifies and may implement process improvements to enhance service delivery. -Ensures all activities are carried
