Responsibilities:
As an HR Talent Acquisition Intern at UrbanGabru, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for all parties involved.
• Utilizing various recruitment platforms, social media, and networking channels to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and university outreach programs to promote UrbanGabru as an employer of choice.
• Supporting HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media and recruitment platforms is a plus
