We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will primarily focus on IT recruitment (60%) and HR operations (40%).
About the Role
• This role will involve IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for IT positions.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive approach to recruitment.
• Manage end-to-end coordination with recruitment vendors.
About You
• You have an MBA in HR from a reputed institution.
• You have proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the technology industry.
• You have sound knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify and attract top IT talent.
• You have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
