Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as a Talent Manager.
This role will focus on recruitment, employee culture and performance management, and general HR duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention of employees. They will also provide assistance with performance assessments, facilitate events and workshops, and implement new initiatives to increase productivity.

About the Role
The Talent Manager will work closely with the business to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle journey, from recruitment to retirement. This includes developing and implementing applicable interventions periodically, providing necessary assistance to employees in carrying out performance assessments, and facilitating events and workshops to enhance employee engagement.
In addition, the Talent Manager will support the business in managing talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention through developing and or implementing applicable interventions periodically. They will also be responsible for any other responsibilities as required as HR business partner and or as directed by the management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
8+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or senior manager position
A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
