Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct bulk hiring campaigns and interviews with hiring managers for shortlisted candidates.
• Candidate Screening:
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers for shortlisted candidates.
• Coordination and Onboarding:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer rollouts and onboarding.
• Ensure candidates are engaged throughout the hiring process to reduce dropouts.
• Database Management:
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future bulk hiring needs.
• Update recruitment databases and generate reports for tracking recruitment performance.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with department heads to understand bulk hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.
• Market Insights:
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment (minimum 1-3 years).
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in conducting campus recruitment drives. Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
