Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Non IT Recruitment team
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and screenings
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Utilize various recruitment channels
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Vendor and Client Management Experience
- Maintain recruitment data and metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 4-6 years agency recruitment experience
- Team Handlin Experience Should be Must
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
- Located in or willing to relocate to Goregaon, Mumbai
