• Managing Day to day operations of Key Accounts
• Managing demand and supply ratio of Mandate:Team
• Managing team, assingning mandates as per priority of clients.
• Training team as and when required
• Follow Up with clients for Feedback and New Requirement
• Reviving clients time to time basis
• Following up with client for Outstanding Payments
• Planning Workflow of Recruiter
• Following Up with client for feedback
