• Dive into the full spectrum of People Experience—Compensation, Org Design, HR Ops, OKRs, Wellness, and Engagement—giving you room to learn fast and build real breadth.
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, COEs, the Founder’s Office, and people leaders to connect the dots between how we work and what the business needs.
• Lead and support people projects that strengthen culture, sharpen performance, and make everyday work smoother for teams.
• Take full ownership of Darwinbox and other HR systems—configuring, cleaning, improving, and making them genuinely useful for everyone.
• Turn raw data into clean, thoughtful dashboards and insights that help leaders make better, sharper decisions.
• Work on compensation analyses and market benchmarking to help drive fair and consistent reward decisions across the org.
• Keep our org design updated and meaningful, helping leaders make smart calls on structure, roles, and workforce planning.
• Spot friction in our processes quickly and redesign them with simplicity at the core—great people experience should feel effortless.
• Build and support wellness, engagement, and recognition programs that help people feel valued, energised, and connected.
• Bring new ideas, challenge outdated ways of working, and help shape people systems that grow with the organisation
