Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Personnel for Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai location in India. This position is responsible for Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Designed and developed, Conceptualized, and executed end to the end recruitment process.
• Creating Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, and Success profiles for various positions.
• Responsible for initial screening and pre-qualification of candidates.
• Responsible for Providing proper information to the candidate by educating them about Systel's mission, vision, JD & business needs.
• Responsible for taking the initial HR round, technical round, and behavioural round.
• Responsible for Closely coordinating with the US team for hiring requirements, interview scheduling on Microsoft teams, feedback, and Interview updates on the portal.
• Responsible for sending emails for JD, conveying shortlist/ not shortlist emails, Assessment test, document submission, BGV.
• Responsible for Identifying the challenges and designing & develop the process to improve the hiring process.
• Upgrade hiring quality through proactive talent mapping for critical roles.
• Develop & implement Recruitment Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Plan and execute mass hiring techniques based on the open positions and experience in working towards interpreting Pipeline to Forecasts and Forecasts to Open Positions.
• Co – Coordinating with the Technical Panel & the Manager regarding the requirements, Interviews.
• Responsible for a detailed evaluation of candidates against specific requirements.
• Extensively and religiously maintaining the MIS report for the candidate's interview details for interview & future reference.
• Constant follow-up with the candidate until on board and keeping a healthy relationship to get references for future requirements.
HR Operations
• Annual Manpower Plans, Strategic Workforce Planning, and execution.
• Developed and executed the HR roadmap.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Have worked on creating detailed training needs, formulating training strategies, creating a training plan, and facilitating training delivery.
• Orientation, Induction, Training needs analysis, and Conduct Training Sessions.
• Conducting sessions to educate managers and teams on the performance evaluation process
• Formal and informal connect sessions with the employees
• Creating clear and concise reports & internal employee database, salary inputs, etc.
• Managing the separation and exit process.
• Facilitation of HR Audit.
Required Education & Experience
• Bachelor's/MBA/PGDM/Master's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of Experience with Talent Acquisition, preferred
• Minimum 3 years of Experience with the HR & Recruitment portal
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication and technical writing ability using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
