Job Title: HR-Technical Recruiter & Admin
Job Summary: We are looking for a Recruitment enthusiast who loves to manage full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will be mainly responsible for the end to end recruitment, which includes screening, sourcing, updating job ads on available social media platforms, calling, and scheduling the interviews .
Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment for Junior, Middle & Senior Level positions
Gather adequate job requirements from every department and make job descriptions.
Identify candidates through Job Portals, References, Networking and Social sites and job postings on various platforms
Screening of candidates in the first round of telephonic Interview in order to assess the candidates suitability, attitude, academics and professional qualification, experience according to the requirement, communication skills, etc.
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates to meet the interview panel for various rounds.
Follow up with the selected and offered candidates for their joining confirmations and pre-joining documentations and other formalities.
Data management (MIS) of the candidates list and details for current as well as future use.
Maintain all recruitment process from ATS Software (MIS, Reports, Follow Ups mails, )
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Maintain Social Networking and Satva Solutions profiles on social media.
Find good talent like freshers, arranging campus drive and walk-ins interviews in company department wise like developer ,QA, BA, sales, HR it would be in regular intervals i.e; quarterly or half yearly, maintain consistency in campus recruitment cycle.
Maintain the recruitment cycle, Do the marketing internally and externally to attract and engage employees with company
Analyze market salary trends as per department and submit reports to Senior HR
Result oriented behavior with strong follow ups with future employees.
