Job Details Position title HR Technology & Transformation Contractor – Compensation Management Location Bangalore Purpose of the role The HR Technology and Transformation Contractor will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management. The contractor will leverage in-depth knowledge of compensation processes, data management, and configuration to deliver innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Compensation Management Solution in compliance with the best practices Understand the compensation processes, business objectives, and desired outcomes, translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management solutions Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify gaps, recommend best practices, and develop solutions that meet compensation management requirements within the SAP SuccessFactors framework Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management module to support compensation cycles, salary structures, bonus programs, equity plans, and reporting Advise on compensation best practices, leveraging the capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management module to improve pay equity, performance-based rewards, and employee retention Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and responding to inquiries related to the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management module Person Specification Education Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience Experience 2+ years of experience on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management module Certification (Desired) SuccessFactors Compensation Management certifications Functional Skills Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations At least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules - Compensation Management, Variable Pay etc. Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations Well versed with Compensation implementation guidelines right from understanding business requirements and then translating them to system configuration and create solution design Comfortable with creation of compensation statements Understanding of integrating Compensation with other modules Understanding of preparation and execution of test cases, test plans, test scripts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, and technical teams Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Key Result Areas Effective project planning and delivery High quality and timely implementation Maximize SLA compliance Continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management functionalities and processes Key Performance Indicators Projects delivered on budget User satisfaction Issue resolution time Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer ++1 7+0466XXXXXX
