Purpose of the role
The HR Technology and Transformation Contractor will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. The contractor will leverage the in-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and configuration to deliver innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives and streamline the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Onboarding and Offboarding modules, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
Understand the onboarding and offboarding processes and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall HR and business strategies
Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify gaps, recommend best practices, and develop solutions that meet onboarding and offboarding requirements within the SAP SuccessFactors framework
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Onboarding and Offboarding modules to support the HR processes, including data collection, document management, workflows, compliance, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Onboarding and Offboarding modules with other HR systems and applications
Provide guidance and expertise in data migration, data validation, and data integrity strategies during system implementation and upgrades
Develop and deliver end-user training programs and materials to support the adoption and effective use of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Onboarding and Offboarding modules
Advise on HR process optimization, leveraging the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Onboarding and Offboarding modules to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall employee experience
Person Specification
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
Certification (Desired)
SuccessFactors Employee Central certifications
Functional Skills
Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
Strong understanding of HR processes, specifically related to onboarding and offboarding, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, and technical teams
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits
Detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
