HR Technology & Transformation Contractor – Performance Management

Purpose of the role
The HR Technology and Transformation Contractor will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management. The contractor will leverage in-depth knowledge of performance management processes, data management, and configuration to deliver innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management module, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
Conduct thorough analysis of performance management needs and design tailored solutions that align with industry best practices and the capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management module to support performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, competency frameworks, feedback mechanisms, talent calibration, succession planning, and reporting
Ensure seamless integration of the SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management module with other HR systems and applications
Develop comprehensive end-user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management module
Keep track of project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Person Specification
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
Experience
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360 and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning
Certification (Desired)
SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management certifications
Functional Skills
Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management module, including expertise in goal management, performance appraisal, talent calibration, competency frameworks, and reporting
Proven track record of leading successful SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management module implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, and technical teams
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
End to End implementation experience in SF PMGM including experience should have basic knowledge of other modules
Detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
