Introduction
Seeking a HR IT Business Analyst to manage and support HR IT tools and systems, such as Workday, Concur etc and ensure that these systems are designed per business requirements and operating effectively.
Your Role and Responsibilities
• Work with the HR business to design and document e2e processes to be configure and implement IT solutions / tools
• Research, analyse, and maintain HR IT tools and systems in support of HR business requirements.
• Acts as liaison with the organization’s IT function for configuration, requests, concerns, and any other related issues from within the organization as it relates to the support of the HR IT tools.
• Provide analysis of configuration and results, validate program changes, develop specifications for configuration and identify business needs as it relates to the organization’s HR IT projects.
• Provide training, consultative support, and technical assistance to end-users of the various HR systems.
• Provide production support to internal clients and third-party vendors for HRMS projects.
• Evaluate relevant Workday issues and enhancement requests to determine business insight, validity, and level of effort, for potential roadmap delivery.
• Create and monitor support cases using Jira, create relevant searches and run reports.
• Provide support from initiation to completion for Workday issues and updates submitted through JIRA, including participation and/or support of user acceptance testing, and partner as needed with change management and user adoption team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Overall 7+ years of experience in Software Industry and 5+ years’ experience in HRIT area – either in business analysis or in technical/functional design and implementation experience of configuring and implementing Workday processes
• 5+ years of Core HR Processes with expert level proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in HR IT Tools (Workday, Concur)
• 2+ years of HR business process analysis
• 1+ year of Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Time Tracking
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
• Strong organizational skills and some project management experience required.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple assignments
• Ability to collaborate in-person and virtual/remote environments.
