Job Description
Reporting to HR Digital Manager the HR Analyst is responsible for doing market research for latest HR technology and data trends and support various project initiatives in People Operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you'll do:
• Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the selection of solutions which deliver an end-to end HR business process.
• Partnering with subject matter experts in the relevant group and Divisional functions to understand requirements deliver solutions to support them, and act as techno-functional subject matter expert for that process and solutions.
• Configures reporting dashboards and provide systems reports to the People Ops leadership team. Provide customizable reports on request.
• Provides technical assistance to SME's and escalate/ manages technical issues with the vendor. Maintain employee records in a Human Resources Information System so that information is timely, accurate, and secure.
• Provides systems data analysis on request
• Implements new HR processes as per defined requirements
• Works on the continuous development of the existing systems infrastructure, help to identify HR process automation, process improvement and employee experience improvement opportunities
The Individual
What you'll definitely need:
• Master's degree in human resources along with Bachelors in Engineering. Preferred, or recognized qualification/certification in Human Resources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
• Good knowledge of concepts and practices within the HR function and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high levels of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Ability to research market data for latest technology trends in HR Technology Market
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Required to comply with all applicable practices and documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• English verbal and written communication skills.
• Go-getter and self-motivated.
• Fluency in other relevant regional languages preferred.
• Able to plan own work within agreed deadlines.
