Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate databases.
Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Help with joining formalities, document verification, and induction processes.
Prepare ID cards, maintain employee files, and ensure proper documentation.
3. Employee Records & Data Entry
Enter and manage HR-related data in Excel/HRMS.
Keep employee records updated and organized.
4. Attendance & Leave Monitoring
Support attendance tracking, follow-ups for missing punches, and leave records.
5. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee welfare activities and feedback sessions.
6. Compliance & Statutory Support
Assist with basic statutory processes like PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
Support in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
7. Legal Work & Documentation
Assist in drafting and maintaining HR-related legal documents such as:
Appointment letters, warning letters, NDAs, and exit formalities.
Employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and HR policies.
Maintain proper documentation for labor law compliance.
Coordinate with consultants or legal advisors when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
