QUALIFICATION - Graduation + MBADuties you will be involved with include:
Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issuesReferring issues to senior HR staffAssisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisersCoordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offersConducting inductions of new staffParticipating in the collection of market salary information for the annual reviewInputting into the monthly payrollAssisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and proceduresResponding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
