We have openings for HR Trainee.
Academic Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources management
Duration – 6 months to 1 year
Location: Sakinaka, Andheri (E)
Timings: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm
Responsibilities -
· Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
· Preparing and sending offer letters or emails to candidates.
· Assist with employee orientation and training.
· Coordination with stakeholders for interviews.
· Follow up with employees for their pending documentation.
· Maintain employee files and update HR databases as needed.
· Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement and recognition programs.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the HR manager.
Requirements -
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources management
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
