HR | Trainee

Job Summary:In your role as a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Techify Solutions, you will be integral to managing the recruitment process. This an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple facets of recruitment, such as candidate sourcing, initial screenings, interview coordination, and involvement in recruitment events and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms such as LinkedIn and professional networks.Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that align with job requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Contribute to the development of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and marketing collateral.Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.Requirements:Currently pursuing Master's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field o.Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in talent acquisition/recruitment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.What we offer:5 days a weekNo bond Growth opportunitiesFlexible work timingsSome lucrative incentive .
