As an HR Training & Compliance Lead in our Bangalore-based HR Shared Services Center, you’ll be an integral part of delivering an exceptional HR customer experience. The roles and responsibilities for Training and Compliance team include HR trainings & compliance delivery management coordination and monitoring, compliance audit and eLearning development.
Your purpose
• Conduct & schedule training for new and existing employees
• Document & Maintain training documents, training modules etc
• Identify the new training and compliance related opportunities for the HR Operations team
• Provide system training for Oracle, Workday, Service Now, Gartner & other tools used.
• Overview training of the processes and trackers used
• Defining the Quality Framework and Quality measures across teams
• Managing the Utilization and Score cards for the teams
• Identifying gaps based on the CSAT & Quality analysis
• Conduct Quality audits, best practices, discuss issues & escalations raised by customer to improve the CSAT score
• Work collaboratively with various teams & Stakeholders
• Ability to identify training needs at the Global level and work with onshore counterparts to conduct the training for all regions
• User level access and documentation of skills matrix
• Identify new HR service scope for people hub
What You Can Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Document maintenance and version control

• Considerable experience in training in HR processes/Systems
• 7+years of experience in working with cross functional team and has lot of passion to drive the results
• Training and content creation skills
• Quality Framework Control
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

• Proposal creation for new services
