Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with college faculty to schedule and organize seminars. Manage student inquiries and follow up with potential trainees. Handle office administration and assist in day-to-day operations. Communicate with clients and students regarding training programs. Travel to colleges if required for conducting seminars. Support recruitment and HR-related tasks as needed. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Willingness to travel for college seminars if required. Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in HR, training, or coordination will be a plus. Salary: For Freshers: ₹6,000 per month during the training period (6 months). Salary revision after completion of the training period based on performance.
