Job Description
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Conducting various engagement activities
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience as HR/Training Executive, preferably in IT Sector
Experience in designing & executing training programs
Excellent analytical & leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills,problem solving

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
