Job Description HR - Training Specialist- Retail No gender preference Salary- 4-6 LPA (Fix+ Variable) Base- HO, Ahmedabad (Arohi verve, Bopal Ambli Road, Sardar Patel Ring Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380058) 6 days working Managing all aspects of HR functions related to Sales including Sales coordination and Training • Talent acquisition & Employee onboarding, Induction, Orientation & Training • Performance management, Employee engagement, Compensation and Benefits. • Compliance with HR policies and procedures. Preferred candidates have experience in Retail & FMCG companies. • Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Modern Trade or Retail industry • Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and regulations • Experience in talent acquisition, on boarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment • Experience in the Modern Trade or Retail industry is a plus
