Managing all aspects of HR functions related to Sales including Sales coordination and Training
• Talent acquisition & Employee onboarding, Induction, Orientation & Training
• Performance management, Employee engagement, Compensation and Benefits.
• Compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Preferred candidates have experience in Retail & FMCG companies.
The role is based in Ahmedabad and requires an on-site presence
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Modern Trade or Retail industry
· Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and regulations
· Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment
Experience in the Modern Trade or Retail industry is a plus
