Job Summary: The HR/Admin Intern will support the HR and administrative functions of the company by assisting with various tasks and projects. This internship provides practical experience in HR and administrative duties, helping the intern develop skills and gain insight into the daily operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Support:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries and providing general HR assistance.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
• Help with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
• Support the administrative team in various office management tasks.
• Data Management:
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Help maintain and update company databases and records.
• Project Support:
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR or Admin Manager.
• Conduct research and gather data to support HR and administrative projects.
• Provide support in implementing new policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and administrative functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
