We have a requirement of an experienced HR cum Admin cum Office manager with good communication and writing skills. The job involves the following:
Key Responsibilities:
HR
Drafting HR policies and implementing the sameLooking after staff welfare and providing help to each employeeHandling staff related issues and ensuring discipline and punctualityMaintaining attendance and leave records of employeesHiring and on-boarding of new staff, interns, consultants, part-time workersPreparing offer letters, NDA, Contracts, etc and maintaining employee/consultant.Managing exit formalities.Maintaining all employee records on Company online storageHelp accounts in making salary slips by providing attendance recordsEmployee Grievances ManagementEvents management and employee engagement celebrations
Office Admin
Organising and maintaining the office, including all storage unitsKeeping records of office assets, including hardware and software, their issue to staff, their maintenance and servicingVendor Management: Purchase and management of office supplies and hardware/software assetsVendor management: Quotations management and placing ordersManaging logistics and arrangements for staff and client meetingsFiling and maintaining client and project recordsSupervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff, including visas as applicableExecutive assistance to Management
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Expert in using online editors like Google Docs and using Google DriveGood writing skills for sending emails and drafting memosWell-spoken in English and Hindi
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreePreferred MBA in HR, Personnel management3+ years experience in HR & AdminHands-on on using HR, CRM, and payrollImpeccable oral and written communication skills, with a penchant for proof-reading & creative thinkingPreferred - experience in working with a technology-oriented organisation
Salary Range - 3 to 5 LPA
Office Work hours - +:30 am to 6:00 pm, Mon-Fri
Location - Noida
