The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate in this role should have:
• 3-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
• MBA from a reputed B-school.
• Experience working in SaaS/ Tech/ Product-based organizations, or mid to large size Startups, or Internet/ e-Commerce organizations
• Familiarity with HR Policies and best practices.
• An understanding of business, and excellent decision-making skills.
