Attend resignation cases. Intervene and ensure revokes happen.
Conduct Exit Interview - record the same

Annul Increment.
Issuance of Increment letters, transfer letters.
Prepare the Salary increment Impact.
Record keeping.
Employee Relations / Disciplinary Actions.
Initiate disciplinary actions - ( habitual absence, late comers,
early goers, time wasters, insubordinations etc)
Issue PIP / Show Cause for performance / behavior improvement.
Maintain Records.
Payroll
Candidate should have good knowledge of CTC structuring, Payroll Processing, and Statutory remittance deduction.
Candidate should be aware about the PT & LWF deduction
The candidate Should be able to do reconciliation with Finance Team.
