We are hiring HRBP who will Act as a strategic partner to Call Center leadership to enhance workforce capability, performance, and engagement. Responsible for driving HR initiatives that support a high-productivity and employee-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support hiring and workforce planning for call center roles
• Drive performance cycles and enable continuous feedback
• Facilitate structured career growth and internal mobility
• Identify development needs and enable training programs
• Recognize and groom high-potential employees
• Resolve employee issues fairly and promptly
• Lead engagement activities to strengthen culture and retention
Requirement-
• Proven HR Business Partner experience in high-volume or operations environments (Call Center preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and employee relations skills
• Hands-on exposure to performance management, engagement, and talent development
• Ability to drive initiatives independently and collaboratively
