Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees. The HRBP will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring that recruitment processes and talent strategies are aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.

Experience Required: 5-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across the organization.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, contributing to their early success and engagement.

Business Partnership:
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Understand the business’s challenges and align HR initiatives to drive business objectives.
• Collaborate with business units to support organizational change and implement effective people strategies.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Performance Management & Employee Development:
• Drive the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and support their career development.
• Facilitate training and development programs that align with business needs and employee growth objectives.

Employee Engagement & Retention:
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement.
• Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and analyze feedback to address potential issues impacting retention.
• Recommend and implement employee recognition programs that drive motivation and job satisfaction.

HR Policy & Compliance:
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistent, legally compliant, and effectively communicated throughout the organization.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations, advising managers on relevant updates.
• Handle employee grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies.

HR Data & Reporting:
• Leverage HR data to identify trends and insights that drive decision-making.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics related to recruitment, employee performance, engagement, and turnover for leadership.
• Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
