Job Description
The role is Lead HRBP with strong exposure(++yrs) in L&D and responsibilities for the following areas:
Manage the entire employee life-cycle
Performance Management Learning & Development
Employee Engagement Internal Communication
Talent Management and Development
Responsibilities
• Work with the global business leads to identify, conceptualize and support global HR interventions in the areas of learning & development, employee engagement and internal communication, as and when required
• Drives the people strategy, talent management, and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives
• Facilitate the entire learning & development cycle across the organization by capturing training needs, coordinating with training specialists, conducting training and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
• Facilitate mentoring & coaching to enhance leadership capabilities to cater to business needs and meet employee expectations.
• Experience in setting up and executing HiPoT Program and L&D initiatives
• Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.
• Collaborates with HR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs.
• Supporting the entire PMS process including performance discussions, Coaching managers,grievance handling, compensation reviews etc.
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
• Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
• Aware of the Labor laws, policies & payroll compliance, routine HR functions & the teams across the assigned geographies
• Designing and ensuring adherence to HR metrics to assist HR management to assess the effectiveness of people management practices, including: recruiting, employee relations, performance management, retention, turnover, talent management, mobility and career progression.
• Ensuring adherence to PMS guidelines to build a performance driven culture.
• Support the Design of Compensation/Benefits structures in line with local practices, support compensation surveys and benchmark on global scale
• Collaborates with HR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs
Required Knowledge & Skills
• Candidate must have prior experience of 8+ yrs in various aspects of HR function.
• Should have sound knowledge of various HR concepts
• Prior experience of setting up L&D initiatives and Hi Potential Program
• Ability to manage time to handle global teams while ensuring your Work life balance is being managed
• Self motivated with a proactive approach.
• Confident and good analytical skills
• Should be proficient in Microsoft office.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
