About This Role
The HR Executiveprovides an absolutely pivotal role in our success story at 2COMS. You will beactively involved in various aspects such as recruitment, overseeing payroll,benefits, rewards and recognition programs, performance management, employeedevelopment and engagement programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Be solely responsiblefor managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit and ensure asmooth transition of the employees during working with the company.
• Be creative to plan& execute all employee engagement activities, arranging motivationsessions, communication within teams and within company for such activities,achievement communication and related planning etc.
• Handle entire eventfrom start to end without any assistance and make it relevant and engaging forthe employee single handedly.
• Identify keyengagement drivers and develop the supporting internal communication plan toinform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels and geographicallydispersed locations.
• Motivate and getemployees involved in every engagement program to make more vibrant, energeticand value adding program.
• Manage & keeprecord of company's assets given to employees and provide/collect fromemployees whenever required.
• Be responsible forperformance failure & achievement communication, take exit interviews ofthe employees in resign or firing cases, process full and final settlements andensure employee leaves with positive impression about the company and the processis handled with care.
• Update HRMS softwarefor all Employee data base and create MIS and reports for HR Head review.

• We are looking forEnergetic, Enthusiastic young professional in our HR department .
• Musthave peoples skills, excellent in interpersonal skills, presentation skills andability to gel up with employees easily is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; HRMS System(ZOHO or others)will be a plus
• ExcellentCommunication, pleasing personality and ability to handle any situations duringevent is Must.
• Must possess a positiveattitude and excellent interpersonal skills to interact daily with internalemployees and external vendors.
• Should be excellentwith multi-tasking and handling multiple activities at a time, job will involvecoordinating various teams and people in the company and outside the company.
• Candidate must beexcellent with MS office and must have keen interest to learn varioussoftware's used in HRM.
• Someone who isproactive with ability for communication with management and employees on anongoing basis.
