Job Description
• As the HR Business Partner - Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our sales function
• You will be responsible for overseeing the entire range of HR activities related to the sales team, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR processes
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective manpower planning and recruitment strategies for the sales team.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Plan, propose and lead the rewards and recognition program for sales employees
• Working on projects to increase workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning etc
• Provide guidance and support to sales managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Drive performance management processes to assess and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention within the sales function.
• Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and optimize HR processes.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team.
• Providing training to employees on newly launched employee applications / policies / processes
• Grievance handling/Counselling employees along with sales unit HR spoc as and when required
• Preparing HR Dashboard, reports, cost provisions, at Pan India Level for management s review on weekly, monthly basis after collating details from sales unit HR spoc Ideal Candidate
• We are seeking an experienced HR professional with approximately 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has high degree of proficiency in MS tools like Excel, Word and PPT
• Should have strong understanding of HR Processes
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams for effectively driving initiatives
• Customer centric approach to provide support and leverage strong interpersonal skills
