Job Description
Must-Have:
1. Consult with line management and provide HR guidance.
2. Working as a partner to the Talent Acquisition team, evaluating culture and role fitment through HR rounds and closing the offer sending process.
3. Partner with the leadership team to develop succession plans
4. Engage with employees , maintain employee relations and address grievances.
5. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
6. Responsible for administering performance management program and variable evaluations as per company policy
7. Support L&D team with training needs identification for teams and individuals
8. Provide HR policy guidance to employees
+. Suggest new HR strategies and engage with Head HR to drive company policies and processes.
10.Work on IDPs and drive along with corporate HR team
