Job Description

As an integral member of NCS People & Culture team - Senior Manager, People & Culture, you are the designated People Partner to the assigned business. You will play a key role in partnering business leaders and delivering effective and efficient people services to support the business unit. You will also manage people initiatives and programs related to rewards, talent management, succession planning, performance management and people engagement.

What we seek to accomplish together:
• Provide people advisory to business leaders to achieve the Group's strategic objectives
• Identify and develop people strategies and programs to support business needs and drive business performance
• Provide guidance and advice to line managers on managing staff performance and development improvement processes
• Resolve staff conflicts and provide coaching, consultative advice and assistance to all employees
• Formulate and execute Capabilities Strategy through Buy, Build and Borrow
• Build-up and support in-country leadership for any business opportunities
• Partner with Business Leaders and NCS DOJO (Learning Specialists) to curate a learning roadmap and offerings for the assigned business
• Partner Strategic Talent Acquisition with talent attraction & Early Talent for long term talent engagement to provide market talent intelligence on hiring strategy
• Participate in any exciting HR projects & initiatives

A little about you:
• Possess 8 years of HR Business Partnering experience with an agile MNC.
• Collaborative and outcome focus, with good working knowledge of employment legislation, general HR policies and best practices.
• Strong people skills with ability to influence and manage staff of all levels.
• Hands-on with ability to multi-task in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment.
• Analytical, able to work comfortably with numbers, Excel and HRIS (SAP Successfactor).
• Proactive and collaborative with the ability to ideate and manage new initiatives, while demonstrating a hands-on and highly organized approach to all tasks
• Degree holder, with a focus in Human Resources Management would be advantageous
• This is an individual contributor for now, with growth opportunity to lead and inspire.
