Job Description – HRBP (Sr. Executive)
Location: Malad (West), Mumbai
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR
CTC - 4-6 LPA
Experience: 3-7 Years (candidate should have hand on experience in payroll processing)
Industry: Service Industry.

• An effective coordinator as the role involves working continuously with various Internal Teams

• Presentation Skills (PPTs / Dashboards /MIS Reporting )

Functional Skills Requirements: -
· Degree in human resources management is preferred.
· Experience in Payroll processing and HRMS Software
· Excellent knowledge of Advance Excel
· Basic Knowledge of Statutory Compliance
· Experience in PMS
· Experience in policies and processes, compensation & benefits, training & development.
· Experience in Grievance handling, goal setting, putting together HR Scorecards etc.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Analytical skills.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Proactive nature.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Highly organized.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Conducting One to One discussion with Employee
· Handle Performance appraisal & Promotion
· Conducting Quarterly Town Hall meeting.
· Conducting & Co-coordinating R & R program
