Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is Business partnering of at least 100 employees (preferably the technology team)
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the leadership team to hire, develop and grow
• Build scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all Sportans
• Development of all Sportans based on 360-feedback, people manager training programs
• Ensure an amazing work experience to every Sportan from hire to exit
• Devise innovative ways to build and grow
Must Have
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Worked as an HRBP, partnering of at least 100 employees (preferably the technology team)
• High on relationship building and influencing skills
• Employee focused
Educational Qualifications And Experience
• MBA in HR
