Location: For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in India.
About the Opportunity:
As an HRIS Analyst, you will serve as a domain specialist for Ceridian’s Dayforce HCM System. You will be the HRIS point of contact for functions by driving the implementation and release of new functionality and enhancements, as well as operational tasks. You will have advanced expertise in Dayforce for process analysis, design and problem-solving in a sophisticated environment with focus on end-to-end processes and impacts. You will act as the liaison between multi-functional business teams and translating sophisticated business needs to effective design recommendations, system/data analysis, instituting design in system, and leading or participating in testing and deployment activities. You will demonstrate deep functional expertise to understand process and systems requirements and contribute to the development of technology as part of the HRIS team, while partnering with the IT team.
What you'll get to do:
• Assess how systems or business applications meet the usability criteria of an end user or customer, and execute Identify, work together with, and lead organizational business partners (e.g. Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll) to define and document technical and functional requirements meticulously;
• Configure, help and optimize the design, development and performance of our HRIS and other People systems and processes;
• Maintain direct contact with key stakeholders, working with them to create and document processes to improve workflows and minimize points of friction;
• Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements and ability to translate into system requirements and configuration;
• Be a motivated, bold champion of change that can leverage blended technical acumen and HR functional expertise to proactively
