Job Description
The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining global human resource information to ensure data accuracy and integrity, as well as overseeing all people-related data and reporting. This includes implementing new systems and processes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The HRIS Manager will also work closely with other departments within the organization to provide data and analysis to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and consolidate the global HRIS systems, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
• Oversee the HRIS team and provide guidance and training as needed
• Implement new systems and processes to improve people data management and reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to people data across different geographies
• Work closely with leadership to provide data and analysis to support decision making
• Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems through API and other integration methods
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS and make recommendations for improvements
• Co-lead the vendor selection process for HRIS systems by researching and evaluating different options, creating RFPs, and negotiating contracts
• Work closely with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance with global HR policies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global HRIS management
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data management
• Experience with API and integration methods to connect HRIS with other systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Experience with vendor selection and contract negotiation
• Global experience and knowledge of compliance regulations across different geographies
