Description
The HRIS Manager will also work closely with other departments within the organization to provide data and analysis to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and consolidate the global HRIS systems, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
Oversee the HRIS team and provide guidance and training as neededImplement new systems and processes to improve people data management and reportingEnsure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to people data across different geographiesWork closely with leadership to provide data and analysis to support decision makingCollaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems through API and other integration methodsContinuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS and make recommendations for improvementsCo-lead the vendor selection process for HRIS systems by researching and evaluating different options, creating RFPs, and negotiating contractsWork closely with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance with global HR policiesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in global HRIS managementStrong knowledge of HRIS systems and data managementExperience with API and integration methods to connect HRIS with other systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage a teamExperience with vendor selection and contract negotiationGlobal experience and knowledge of compliance regulations across different geographiesBlend360 India - HRIS Manager in Hyderabad
